Diploma Admission Circular 2024

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) has announced the Admission Circular for 2024-2025. So now you can apply for diploma admission 2024. This circular is for both Government and Non-Government Diploma Engineering programs. These programs last four years. BTEB manages them.

The diploma admission 2024 process happens online. Each institution has its own admission notices and application procedures. BTEB will select candidates based on their academic background, not an admission test. BTEB offers these Diploma programs in partnership with various institutions. Diploma Admission 2024 Eligibility

If you have finished your SSC or an equivalent exam, you can apply for the BTEB Admission Program 2024. Diploma Admission 2024 is going on. But you need to meet some rules. Candidates from both government and non-government programs must follow these rules to be selected.

Here are the requirements for diploma admission 2024:

You must have passed the SSC or an equivalent exam in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
You need at least a GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics or Higher Math and a total GPA of 3.50.
If you have done a two-year trade course from the Technical Education Board, you can apply.
You must be 22 years old or younger.

Diploma Admission Form 2024

Before you apply for a Diploma, you need to know a few things. The application fee for BTEB Diploma admission is 150 Taka. You can apply to up to 15 government and non-government institutions. You can only submit one application per shift. To pay the fee, you can use Teletalk, Rocket, or Surecash. After paying the fee, you can apply on www.btebadmission.gov.bd or www.bteb.gov.bd. You can’t apply without paying the fee.

Payment Instructions of Diploma Admission 2024:

Dial *322# on your mobile phone.
Select the “Payment” option.
Choose “Bill Pay”.
Select “Self” or “Other” (if paying for someone else, provide their mobile number).
Enter Biller ID: 220.
Input Bill Number like this: <Passing Year><Board Code><Roll><Shift> (Example: 2020DHA123456A).
Enter the amount: 150 Taka for Single Shift or 300 Taka for both shifts.
Input your Rocket PIN Number and confirm the payment.
Note down the reserved DBBL Transaction ID. You’ll need it for the next step of the online application.

Note: The Board short code consists of the first three letters of your Education Board’s name.

Diploma Admission Form Fill-Up

After completing the payment procedure you have to fill up the form. It’s very easy to fill-up a Diploma Admission Form 2024. If you want to apply for Diploma Admission 2024 then follow the below procedure-

Visit www.btebadmission.gov.bd and click on “Diploma Admission” to open the application form.
Enter your SSC Roll, SSC Board, SSC Pass Year, and Registration Number.
Proceed to the next step and input the Transaction Code you received after making the payment.
Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (maximum 50 KB in JPG format).
Prepare your Institute and department choice (Preference List).
Review all information and if correct, submit your application form.
If needed, you can edit your application before final submission.
After submission, you’ll receive a PIN Number. Keep this PIN Number reserved for editing your application or future references.
If your online application submission is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation PIN Number. This PIN Number is essential for editing your application form (if needed) and for future references.

Diploma Admission Result 2024

The BTEB Diploma admission result will come out on July 1, 2024. After that, the authority will announce the 2nd and 3rd merit list admission results. If you applied for BTEB admission, you can check your result on our website.

How to Check Diploma Admission Result 2024

The Diploma Admission Result 2024 for all public and private marine technology institutes and TSC in Bangladesh is now available. You can check your result online or by SMS.

To check your result online, do this:

Visit the official admission website: btebadmission.gov.bd.
Go to the “Diploma in Engineering” section.
Click on the “Result” option.
Enter your SSC or equivalent roll number.
Select your SSC or equivalent board.
Choose your SSC or equivalent exam year.
Click the “Next” button to see your result.

You will also get an SMS with your result on the scheduled date.

Admission Confirmation

Candidates who passed the 2nd phase must confirm their admission to the diploma program from July 15 to July 18, 2024. If you do not confirm by this date, you will lose your selection. Here is how to confirm your admission:

You can confirm your admission by paying Tk. 385 through Rocket or SureCash. Follow the steps below for each method.

Select “Pay Bill” by dialing “1”.
To pay from your own account, dial “1” and select “Self”. To pay from another account, dial “2”, select “Other”, and enter the applicant’s mobile number.
Select “Other” by dialing “0”.
Enter “288” as the Biller ID.
Enter “R + Passing year + first three letters of board name + SSC/equivalent roll number” as the Bill number (without spaces).
Enter “385” as the amount.
Provide your PIN number.
Save the payment confirmation SMS.

Confirm via Rocket App

Log in to the Rocket app.
Go to the “Bill Pay” option.
Enter “288” as the Biller ID.

Make sure to confirm your admission using any one of these methods within the specified time frame.

Final Admission

Diploma final admissions have started. They begin when the 1st and 2nd merit lists and migration results are announced. You need to complete your final admission between August 22 and August 27, 2024. If you miss this deadline, you won’t get admitted. You must go to the chosen institution in person to finish the admission process. If you don’t confirm your admission during this time, your nomination will be canceled.

Diploma Engineering Admission 2024

BTEB, or the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, manages the online admission process for different 4-year diploma programs. Both government and non-government institutes follow the BTEB admission notice and application process. Students can apply if they passed SSC, Dakhil, SSC (Vocational), Dakhil (Vocational), or equivalent exams from any education board or Bangladesh Open University with at least a GPA of 2.00.
