The Bangladesh Polytechnic Institute Admission Circular for 2024 is out. The Directorate of Technical Education announced the notice for Diploma in Engineering courses for the 2024-2025 session. Students can apply online from May 26, 2024, to June 25, 2024, for the First Phase. The Polytechnic Admission Result 2024 will come out after each application period ends. All applications must be done online. Students cannot apply manually or through any institute or polytechnic institution.

Polytechnic Admission 2024-2025

The BTEB Polytechnic admission notice for 2024-2025 is now on the BTEB admission website at btebadmission.gov.bd. Eligible students can apply online for Polytechnic diploma engineering programs.

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) manages various 4-year Diploma certificate programs. Admission is open for both government and private institutes. Students who have passed SSC, Dakhil, SSC (Vocational), Dakhil (Vocational), or equivalent exams from any education board in Bangladesh can apply.

Polytechnic Admission 2024

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board published the Polytechnic Admission Circular 2024 on their official website notice board. This announcement includes all the guidelines and processes for admitting students to polytechnic institutes across the country. The Karigori Shikkha Board oversees these admissions. In Bangladesh, technical education is available in both government and private sectors, but government institutions offer more courses.

The Karigori Shikkha Board offers programs in Diploma in Engineering, Agriculture, Fisheries, Textile Engineering, Forestry, Livestock, and HSC-VOC (Vocational). Private institutions do not offer programs in Forestry, Livestock, and HSC-VOC, but they do offer HSC-BM (Business Management), which is equivalent to level XI/HSC admission. The diploma courses last four years, while HSC/XI classes last two years.

Polytechnic Admission Circular 2024

The BTEB Polytechnic admission circular for 2024-2025 is now available on the official website, btebadmission.gov.bd. This announcement explains all the steps and rules for admitting students into polytechnic institutes across the country, managed by the Karigori Shikkha Board.

In Bangladesh, both government and private sectors offer technical education. The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) provides Diploma programs through both types of institutions. Applicants need to choose between government and non-government institutions before applying.

Since the SSC results came out a few days ago, students can now apply for Polytechnic Admission. Decide which program suits you best before you submit your application. Candidates who passed the SSC or an equivalent exam in any year can apply for the BTEB Admission Program 2024. They must also meet the program’s minimum requirements. Each program will choose candidates based on its specific requirements. Here is the polytechnic admission 2024 eligibility-

Polytechnic Admission 2024 Eligibility

• If you passed the SSC or an equivalent exam in 2022, 2023, or 2024, you can apply. 
• You need at least a GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics or Higher Math and a total GPA of 3.50. 
• If you completed a two-year trade course from the Technical Education Board, you can also apply. 
• You must be 22 years old or younger.

Polytechnic Admission Apply

Polytechnic Admission 2024 has started. The Directorate of Technical Education has published a notice for admission to Diploma in Engineering courses for the 2024-2025 session. Eligible students can apply online from May 26, 2024, to June 25, 2024, for the First Phase. 

You need to apply on the website www.btebadmission.gov.bd. Before applying for the first shift, second shift, or both shifts, you must pay the application fees. Pay 150 taka for one shift and 300 taka for both shifts through Dutch Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (Rocket) or Sure Cash.

Polytechnic Admission Form Fill-Up 2024

Before you apply, you need to pay your application fee online using mobile banking. You can use bKash, SureCash, or Rocket. You can pay through their USSD service or their mobile app. When you pay, you need to provide your program code, passing year, and board code. The BTEB admission authority has published a manual for the payment process. You can find the payment manual at the link below. Just select the one you need.

Payment Instruction:

You can pay the fee using bkash, Rocket, or Sure Cash. Rocket is the most popular mobile banking service, so here is how to pay with Rocket:

1. Dial *322#.
2. Select the “Payment” option.
3. Choose “Bill Pay.”
4. To get a confirmation SMS, select “Self” if you are the Rocket account owner. If you are using someone else’s account, select “Others” and enter your phone number.
5. Enter the Biller ID: 220.
6. Enter the Bill Number as <Program Code><Passing Year><Board Code>.
7. Enter your SSC Roll Number.
8. Enter the amount: 150 Taka.
9. Enter your Rocket account PIN number.
10. You will get a confirmation SMS if the payment is successful.

Online Application Form Fill Up

Once you pay, you must wait 30 minutes for the online application. After that time, you can apply for BTEB admission. The official website to fill out the application form is www.btebadmission.gov.bd. You can do all the admission application stuff there. Now, let’s talk about “How to Apply for Polytechnic Admission 2024-2025.” Here is the instructions-

Step 1:

First, check your payment for the application. You’ll find a box labeled “Transaction ID.” Put your Rocket Transaction ID there. If it’s correct, move on to the next step.

Step 2:

Start by visiting the Polytechnic online Admission 2024 website at www.btebadmission.gov.bd. Once you’re on the site, you’ll see a form. Fill it out by entering your Roll Number, Registration Number, selecting your education board, choosing your Passing year, and typing your Mobile number. Make sure to type your phone number again for confirmation. Double-check all the information. If everything’s right, click “Next.”

Step 3:

In Step 3, you’ll see your information displayed. Upload a clear color picture of yourself in JPEG format, not bigger than 50 KB. If you have a quota, upload the necessary document.

Step 4:

In the 4th step, you’ll see a list of institutions based on your shift preference. Choose 15 institutions for each shift. Additionally, you’ll have one extra choice for any technology.

Polytechnic Admission Result 2024

The Polytechnic Admission Result 2024 is here! Today, on July 1, 2024, they released the 1st Merit List. Keep an eye out because the 2nd Merit List will come out on July 15, 2024. And guess what? On the same day, they’ll also publish the 1st Migration Result. Then, mark your calendars for July 29, 2024, because that’s when the 3rd Merit List will be out, along with the 2nd Migration Result.

How to Check Polytechnic Admission Result 2024

You can now see the Polytechnic Admission Result 2024 for all public and private polytechnic institutes, marine technology institutes, and TSC in Bangladesh. The results are out and you can check them online or through SMS. Here’s how to check online:

1. Go to the official admission website: btebadmission.gov.bd.
2. Click on “Diploma in Engineering”.
3. Select “Result”.
4. Enter your SSC or equivalent roll number.
5. Choose your SSC or equivalent board.
6. Pick your SSC or equivalent exam year.
7. Click “Next” to see your result.

Polytechnic Admission Confirmation

If you’ve been picked in the second phase, you need to say yes to joining the polytechnic between July 15 and July 18, 2024. If you don’t say yes by then, you won’t get in. Here’s what you do to say yes.

Paying to Confirm

You can say yes by paying Tk. 385 using either Rocket or SureCash. Here’s how to do it for each one.

2. Go to “Bill Pay”.

Polytechnic Final Admission

The Polytechnic final admission starts when they announce the 1st and 2nd merit list and migration results. You have to finish your final admission between August 22 and August 27, 2024. If you don’t do it during this time, you’ll miss your chance to get in. You must go to the chosen institution in person to complete the admission process. If you don’t confirm your admission within the given time, they’ll cancel your nomination.
