Among the nine general education boards, the average pass rate is 83.77 percent, which is a sign of overall improvement in academic performance.
Different boards had different pass rates. Dhaka Board had the highest at 83.92 percent pass rate, followed closely by Rajshahi at 89.26 percent and Barisal at 89.13 percent.
But the Sylhet board had the lowest pass rate at 73.35 percent, showing there’s work to be done to help students in that area.
The Madrasah Education Board Dakhil Result 2024 had a pass rate of 79.66 percent, showing how well students in religious schools did.
The exams went smoothly from February 15 to March 12 for written exams, followed by practical exams from March 13 to 20.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially announced the results release program. Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury and other officials were there, stressing the importance of education in national development.

51 Schools Report Zero Pass Rate in SSC Exams
The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams in Bangladesh have some worrying news: 51 schools in the country had zero students passing the exams.

Board that Tops Pass Rate Charts in SSC Results
